Margaret J Weber, PhD, is the Program Director for the Center for Women, Faith and Leadership, which focuses on leadership advancement for women of faith.  She advocates for advancing the leadership of women of faith, especially for marginalized populations.  Previously, she served as Dean of the Graduate School of Education and Psychology at Pepperdine University.
